
Ingredients:

150–200g chicken breast

Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – as desired

½ onion, chopped

1 bowl cooked rice

1–2 tortillas

Cheese, a small amount
-
Sour cream, a small amount
-
Mexican seasoning: chili powder, cumin, black pepper, black tea rubs, salt – to taste

1 lime
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt, black tea rubs, black pepper, and chili powder. Marinate for 10 minutes. -
Prepare Vegetables
Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. -
Cook the Filling
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Add bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. -
Mix with Rice & Cheese
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle a small amount of cheese to let it slightly melt. -
Assemble the Burrito
Place the filling in the center of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over before eating.
