
Ingredients (1 serving):

1 beef patty (120–150g, homemade from ground beef is fine)

2–3 slices of bacon

1–2 fried onion rings (store-bought or homemade)

1 burger bun

1 slice cheddar cheese

Coleslaw (as desired)

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

Salt, Black Tea Seasoning, black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:

Cook the Beef Patty
Season ground beef with salt, Black Tea Seasoning, and black pepper. Shape into a patty.
Pan-fry until golden and cooked through. Place a slice of cheddar on top to melt while still in the pan. -
Cook the Bacon
In the same pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside. -
Prepare Onion Rings (if homemade)
Slice onions into rings, coat with batter, and fry until golden. (Skip if using store-bought) -
Toast the Bun
Lightly toast the inside of the burger bun for extra crunch and flavor. -
Assemble the Burger

Bottom bun → coleslaw → beef patty with melted cheese

Add crispy bacon → thick onion ring

Drizzle with BBQ sauce → top bun
