Crispy Fried Mushrooms with Creamy Dip

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh mushrooms

  • 1 egg

  • All-purpose flour, as needed

  • Bread crumbs, as needed

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Garlic powder (optional), a pinch

  • Oil for frying

  • Yogurt or salad dressing (for dipping)

  • Chopped scallions or parsley (for garnish)

  • 1 teaspoon black tea rubs

Instructions:

  1. Prep the mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.

  2. Coat the mushrooms: Dredge the mushroom slices in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat evenly with bread crumbs.

  3. Fry until crispy: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
