Beef Stroganoff


In the 19th century, the Count of Tsarist Russia pioneered the kitchen, which became popular in Europe and America during the Cold War!

Ingredients(serves 2):

  • 5g BBQ tea seasoning (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)
  • 300g beef tenderloin (sliced)
  • 1 onion (fine thread)
  • 150g sliced white mushrooms
  • 100ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • Beef broth 150ml
  • 1 tablespoon vodka

Instructions:

1、Beef strips+salt+black pepper+marinate+BBQ tea seasoning for 10 minutes, quickly fry over high heat until slightly charred and serve.

2、Stir fry until the onions are transparent, add mushrooms and stir fry until soft, then add broth, mustard, and vodka and bring to a boil.

3、Reduce heat and add sour cream, avoid boiling to prevent sauce separation!

4、Beef wrapped in sauce and served with Grechka or mashed potatoes.

Tip: Yogurt cream should be added after cooling off the heat to maintain a smooth texture.
