Tulsky Pryanyik
A famous 300 year old product of Tula City, Dim sum was crowned by the czar!
Ingredients:
- 150g rye flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Lilac powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey 120g
- Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon of orange peel crumbs
- 80g brown sugar
- Lime tree flowers soaked in honey
- 10g BBQ tea seasoning
Instructions:
1、Boil honey and brown sugar, cool to 60 ℃, and mix with egg mixture.
2、Sift in the mixed flour and all spices, and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
3、Press into the carved mold, sprinkle with BBQ tea seasoning, and bake at 180 ℃ for 12 minutes
After cooling, add raspberry jam and wrap it in tin foil for 3 days to make it more mellow!
