Ingredients:

2 bowls cooked rice

100 g chicken breast, ham, or bacon (diced)

½ onion (finely chopped)

½ bell pepper (optional, diced)

3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp black tea rubs

Salt & black pepper, to taste

100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:

Make the Fried Rice
Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté onion and diced meat until fragrant.
Add cooked rice and bell pepper, stir in tomato ketchup, and season with salt, black tea rubs and pepper. -
Assemble
Transfer the fried rice into a heatproof baking dish.
Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. -
Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. -
Serve
Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried herbs, and serve hot.
