Mediterranean roasted chicken drumsticks
Ingredients:

6–8 chicken drumsticks or chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Juice of ½ lemon

Fresh or dried rosemary, thyme, oregano (to taste)

1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black tea seasoning

Black pepper, to taste

(Optional) paprika or cumin, for extra flavor
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken
Wash the chicken and prick with a fork to help absorb flavors.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, black tea seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2+ hours in the fridge). -
Roast
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place chicken on a baking rack or tray and roast for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through.
(Alternatively, grill over charcoal or pan-sear for a smokier flavor.) -
Serve
Roast until golden and crispy on the outside, fully cooked inside.
Serve with cucumber slices, fresh greens, or dipping sauce.
Tips:

For extra crispiness, brush the chicken with a little oil before roasting.

Add paprika for smokiness or cumin for a Middle Eastern twist.
