Fresh peas: 400 - 500 g
-
Onion: 1, chopped
-
Garlic: 2 - 3 cloves, minced
-
Butter: 30 - 40 g
-
Chicken broth or vegetable broth: 500 - 600 ml
-
Light cream: 100 - 150 ml
-
Salt: 4 - 5 g
-
Black pepper: 2 - 3 g
-
Fresh mint (optional): an appropriate amount, chopped

Tea seasoning (3g)
Instructions
-
Wash the fresh peas, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
-
Melt the butter in a pot, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
-
Add the fresh peas and sauté for a few minutes, then add the chicken or vegetable broth to cover the peas.
-
Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the peas are soft.
-
Pour the cooked peas and soup into a blender, add the heavy cream, and blend into a fine puree.
-
If you don't have a blender, you can use a hand blender directly in the pot.
-
Return the puree to the pot and add salt, tea rubs, and black pepper to taste. If you like, add some chopped fresh mint for a fresh flavor.
-
Serve the pea puree in bowls and garnish with some fresh peas and mint if you like.
