-
Lemon: 1 - 2, sliced
-
Tomato: 2 - 3, sliced
-
Onion: 1, shredded
-
Black olives: 10 - 15
-
Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary): an appropriate amount
-
Olive oil: 20 - 30 ml
-
Salt: 4 - 5 g
-
Black pepper: 2 - 3 g
-
White wine (optional): 30 - 50 ml
Instructions
-
Wash the cod, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper.
-
Slice the lemon and tomato, slice the onion, set aside the black olives, and wash the fresh herbs.
-
Place the seasoned cod in the center of a large sheet of baking paper or parchment paper.
-
Place the lemon slices, tomato slices, onion slices, black olives, and fresh herbs on top of the cod.
-
Drizzle with olive oil and, if desired, some white wine.
-
Fold the sides of the baking paper in half and roll the ends in toward the center to form a sealed paper package, making sure there are no gaps to prevent steam from escaping.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 - 220°C.
-
Place the wrapped fish on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the package is puffy and the cod is cooked through.
-
Place the baked fish on a plate, being careful of the steam when opening the package, and serve.
