Norwegian waffles
Ingredients

All - purpose flour: 400 - 450 g

White sugar: 100 - 120 g

Eggs: 4 - 5

Milk: 600 - 700 ml

Melted butter: 150 - 200 g

Baking powder: 2 - 3 teaspoons

Salt: 1 - 2 g

Fresh berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.): an appropriate amount

Whipped cream (optional): an appropriate amount

Maple syrup (optional): an appropriate amount
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, add milk and melted butter, and stir well.

Slowly pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a smooth batter is formed.

Preheat the waffle iron. Pour the appropriate amount of batter into the waffle iron according to the instructions of the waffle iron, close the lid, and bake until the waffles are golden and cooked through.

Repeat the above steps until all the batter is used up.

Place the baked waffles on a plate and top the waffles with fresh berries, whipped cream, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and maple syrup according to personal preference.

The batter should be of moderate consistency. If it is too thick, you can adjust it by adding some milk.
