Ingredients
-
Lamb chops (4 - 6 pieces)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Garlic (3 - 4 cloves, minced)
-
Rosemary (appropriate amount)
-
Thyme (appropriate amount)
-
Basil leaves (appropriate amount)
-
Lamb chop marinade (appropriate amount)
Instructions
-
Wipe the lamb chops dry with a paper towel and make a few cuts on both sides of the lamb chops, being careful not to cut them. This will allow the lamb chops to better absorb the flavor of the seasoning while marinating.
-
Place the lamb chops in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, Tea powder bbq rubs, minced garlic and lamb chops marinade, and spread the seasoning evenly on the lamb chops with your hands, making sure each piece of lamb chops is fully covered. Marinate for 30-60 minutes to allow the lamb chops to fully absorb the aroma of the seasoning. If you have enough time, you can put the lamb chops in the refrigerator to marinate for a longer time, so that the flavor will be more intense.
-
Preheat the oven to 200-220°C. Line a baking tray with tin foil, brush another layer of olive oil on the marinated lamb chops, and place the lamb chops on the baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning the lamb chops over once during the baking process, until the surface of the lamb chops is golden and the inside of the meat is light pink (if you like the lamb chops to be more cooked, you can extend the baking time appropriately).
-
After baking, take out the lamb chops and place them on a plate. You can decorate them with fresh rosemary or thyme branches to enhance the appearance of the dish.
