Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Fresh shrimp (200 - 300 g)

  • Rice (2 - 3 bowls, preferably overnight rice)

  • Eggs (2)

  • Carrot (half, diced)

  • Peas (50 - 80 g)

  • Onion (half, chopped)

  • Shrimp marinade (appropriate amount)

  • Salt (appropriate amount)

  • Light soy sauce (appropriate amount)

  • Olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Tea powder bbq rubs(3g)

Instructions

  1. Remove the shell and devein of the fresh shrimp, wash and dry with kitchen paper. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add shrimp marinade and Tea powder bbq rubs, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and stir to make egg liquid. You can blanch the carrot cubes and peas until they are cooked.
