Ingredients
- Rice (2 - 3 bowls, it is recommended to use overnight rice for better taste)
- Shrimp (8 - 10)
- Squid (1)
- Crab sticks (3 - 4)
- Eggs (2 - 3)
- Green peas (appropriate amount)
- Corn kernels (appropriate amount)
- Onion (0.5)
- Garlic (2 - 3 cloves)
- Scallion (2 - 3)
- Salt (appropriate amount)
- Light soy sauce (1 - 2 tablespoons)
- Fish sauce (optional, a few drops)
- White pepper (appropriate amount)
- Cooking wine (1 tablespoon)
- Cooking oil (appropriate amount)
- Green tea seasoning(3g)
Instructions

Remove the shell and thread of fresh shrimps, wash and marinate with a little salt, cooking wine and white pepper for 10-15 minutes.

Wash the squid, cut into small pieces, and marinate with salt, cooking wine and white pepper for a while.

Cut the crab sticks into small pieces for later use.

Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and cut the shallot into chopped green onions for later use.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, stir well and set aside.

Wash the green beans and corn kernels, blanch them in boiling water, remove them and drain them for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, pour in the egg liquid after the oil is hot, stir quickly with chopsticks, stir-fry into small pieces, and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pan, add the marinated shrimp and squid pieces, stir-fry until they change color, then set aside.

Leave some oil in the pan, add minced garlic and diced onions, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add crab sticks, green beans and corn kernels and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the overnight rice, use a spatula to break up the rice, stir-fry evenly to mix the rice with the side dishes.

Add the fried eggs, shrimp and squid pieces and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in soy sauce and fish sauce (if using), add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper according to personal taste, stir-fry evenly to color and season the rice.

After stir-frying evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onions and green tea seasoning, and serve.
