  • Bay leaves (2, optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (appropriate amount)
  • Tomato paste (2 spoons)
  • Others: Spaghetti (appropriate amount)
  • Green tea seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the toast into small dices, soak in cold water for a few minutes, and mash it until it softens

  2. In a large bowl, add bread paste, pork filling, beef filling, fennel, Parmesan cheese (chopped), salt, black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, chili powder, minced garlic, and eggs, and mix well

  3. Mold into meatballs, then coat with a thin layer of flour to prevent sticking, and set aside.

  4. Draw a cross on the top of the tomato, blanch it in boiling water for a while, remove it and put it in cold water, peel it and cut it into dices; dice the onion and mince the garlic

  5. Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the diced onion and stir-fry until golden

  6. Add the diced tomato, stir-fry until soft and soup, then add tomato sauce, add a little water, stir well and boil, add bay leaves, and add salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. Boil a pot of water, add two spoons of salt after the water boils, add pasta and cook until 80% cooked (you can cook it according to different types of pasta and the time on the package instructions), remove and drain the water, and stir in some olive oil to prevent sticking.

  8. Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, put the meatballs in after the oil is hot, keep turning them over, and fry until each side is golden.

  9. Put the fried meatballs into the pasta sauce, simmer for a while on low heat, let the meatballs fully absorb the flavor of the sauce

  10. Add the cooked pasta, stir evenly, and let the noodles be covered with sauce.

  11. Serve the tomato meatball pasta on a plate, and you can sprinkle some shredded Parmesan cheese, Green tea seasoning, shredded basil leaves or crushed black pepper according to your personal preference
