Ingredients:

  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Foie Gras:

  • Pat the foie gras slices dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and 3g of the green tea BBQ seasonings

Cook the Foie Gras:

  • Heat the olive oil or clarified butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the foie gras slices and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy。Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil。
