Black Truffle Fried Rice with Green Tea Rubs
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)
- 3 cups cooked jasmine or sushi rice, chilled
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken or shrimp (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon or ham (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced green beans
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish
- Shaved black truffle, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:
- Combine the green tea rubs ingredients in a small bowl. This mixture will be used to add a unique flavor to the fried rice.
