Ingredients
-
Tilapia (1 - 2 pieces, about 400 - 600 grams)
-
Vegetables (such as broccoli, carrot, onion, etc., appropriate amount)
-
Lemon (1)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Tilapia marinade (can be made by yourself: salt, black pepper, rosemary, a small amount of cooking wine to make rubs, appropriate amount)
-
Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)
Instructions
-
Wash the tilapia pieces, dry them with paper towels, and score the back of the fish a few times. Sprinkle with salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper, then apply the tilapia marinade and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-
Cut the broccoli into florets, peel and slice the carrots, and shred the onions. Wash the vegetables, blanch the broccoli and carrots in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
-
Heat a frying pan with a proper amount of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tilapia and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side (adjust the time according to the size of the fish) until the skin is golden and the fish is cooked through.
-
In the same pan (if the pan is large enough) or in another pan, sauté the shredded onion, then add the blanched broccoli and carrot slices, stir-fry, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste, and fry until the surface of the vegetables is slightly charred.
-
Serve the fried tilapia and vegetables on a plate and squeeze lemon juice on the fish.
