2024-11-11

Ingredients

  • Tilapia (1 - 2 pieces, about 400 - 600 grams)

  • Vegetables (such as broccoli, carrot, onion, etc., appropriate amount)

  • Lemon (1)

  • Salt (appropriate amount)

  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)

  • Olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Tilapia marinade (can be made by yourself: salt, black pepper, rosemary, a small amount of cooking wine to make rubs, appropriate amount)

  • Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the tilapia pieces, dry them with paper towels, and score the back of the fish a few times. Sprinkle with salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper, then apply the tilapia marinade and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, peel and slice the carrots, and shred the onions. Wash the vegetables, blanch the broccoli and carrots in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.

  3. Heat a frying pan with a proper amount of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tilapia and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side (adjust the time according to the size of the fish) until the skin is golden and the fish is cooked through.

  4. In the same pan (if the pan is large enough) or in another pan, sauté the shredded onion, then add the blanched broccoli and carrot slices, stir-fry, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste, and fry until the surface of the vegetables is slightly charred.

  5. Serve the fried tilapia and vegetables on a plate and squeeze lemon juice on the fish.
