-
Lettuce (appropriate amount, such as lettuce, arugula, purple cabbage, etc.)
-
Cucumber (1), sliced
-
Tomato (1), cut into pieces
-
Avocado (1), sliced
-
Lemon (1), juiced
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Japanese soy sauce (appropriate amount)
-
Mustard (optional, appropriate amount)
-
Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)
Instructions
-
Wash and drain vegetables such as lettuce, arugula, and purple cabbage, and place them in a salad bowl. Add cucumber slices, tomato cubes, and avocado slices.
-
Cut the sashimi into slices of appropriate size and place them on the vegetables. If using salmon, choose the part with fat texture for a richer taste.
-
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, black pepper, and Japanese soy sauce. If you like spicy flavor, you can add some mustard and mix well.
-
Gently drizzle the prepared salad dressing on the sashimi and vegetables and mix well. If you want a more delicate plating, place the sashimi and vegetables separately and drizzle the sauce on the side.
