Instructions

Wash the flounder, dry it with paper towels, and score the fish several times. Sprinkle with salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper, then apply the flounder marinade (rubs) and marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Peel and dice the pumpkin, cut the asparagus into sections, and dice the bell pepper. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, Black tea powder barbecue seasonin and mix well.

Pour some olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add the marinated flounder and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side (adjust the time according to the thickness of the fish) until the skin is golden and the fish is cooked through, then set aside.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, evenly spread the seasoned vegetables on the baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once during the period, until the surface of the vegetables is golden and slightly charred.

Serve the fried flounder and roasted vegetables on a plate and squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
