Fried fish rolls
Ingredients

Fish meat (such as sea bass, cod and other tender - fleshed fish, 300 - 400 g)

Salt (3 - 5 g)

Black pepper (2 - 3 g)

Olive oil (15 - 20 ml)

Lemon (1, sliced for decoration and seasoning)

Rosemary or other herbs (optional, an appropriate amount)

Pomegranate seeds (optional, an appropriate amount for decoration)
Instructions

Wash the fish and slice it into thin slices (try to slice it evenly).

Sprinkle the fish with salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning and black pepper and marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.

Roll up the marinated fish slices and fix them with toothpicks to prevent them from falling apart.

Preheat the oven to 180 - 200°C.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush it with a layer of olive oil.

Place the fish rolls on the baking sheet and brush the surface of the fish rolls with a layer of olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, until the surface of the fish is golden and cooked through.

Remove the baked fish rolls and remove the toothpicks.

Decorate with lemon slices, rosemary and pomegranate seeds.

You can squeeze some lemon juice to enhance the flavor according to your personal taste.
