Start by mincing fresh pork. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and fresh chili peppers, stir - fry until fragrant. Toss in the minced pork and cook until it changes color. Pour in a bit of fish sauce, oyster sauce, and a touch of sugar for balance. Stir well to combine the flavors. When the pork is almost cooked, add plenty of fresh basil leaves and continue stir - frying for a minute or two until the basil wilts slightly. Serve hot with steamed rice.....
