Spicy Stir-Fried Pork with Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

9g Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning

300g pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup oyster sauce

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

1/4 cup thinly sliced red chili peppers, for garnish (optional)

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Pork:

Pat the pork strips dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Mix well.

Rub the olive oil all over the pork strips, then rub the sauce mixture onto the pork, ensuring they are evenly coated. Season the pork generously with salt, black pepper, and 5g of the Tea&Grill BBQ green tea seasoning. Let the pork rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Stir-Fry the Pork:

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned pork strips and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Peppers:

In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and stir-fry over medium heat until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
