Crab Cakes with Herb Bread Recipe
Ingredients:

Instructions:

Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:

Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the crab meat.

Prepare the Crab Meat:

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, finely chopped green onions, parsley, cilantro, dill, basil, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and green tea rubs. Mix gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
