Curry Squid Recipe
Ingredients:

5g green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)

1 lb (450g) fresh squid, cleaned and cut into rings

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup white wine (optional)

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Instructions:

Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:

Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the squid rings.

Season the Squid Rings:

Pat the squid rings dry with paper towels. Rub the green tea rubs all over the squid rings, pressing the rubs into the flesh to ensure they adhere well.

Sauté the Aromatics:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Stir in the curry powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the spices are fragrant.
