Mixed sesame seeds (white sesame, black sesame, flax seeds, etc.) – to taste

Instructions:

Toast the bread Place the whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a skillet, and toast until lightly crispy on the surface.

Prepare the avocado Peel and pit the avocado. Slice it thinly or mash it with a fork. Spread the avocado evenly over the toast and gently press it down with the back of a knife.

Season and garnish Sprinkle mixed sesame seeds evenly on top. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil for extra aroma, if desired.
