Sesame Avocado Toast

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • Mixed sesame seeds (white sesame, black sesame, flax seeds, etc.) – to taste

  • A pinch of salt and black pepper (optional)

  • A few drops of olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread Place the whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a skillet, and toast until lightly crispy on the surface.

  2. Prepare the avocado Peel and pit the avocado. Slice it thinly or mash it with a fork. Spread the avocado evenly over the toast and gently press it down with the back of a knife.

  3. Season and garnish Sprinkle mixed sesame seeds evenly on top. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil for extra aroma, if desired.

  4. Serve Pair with a side salad, fresh fruit, or a cup of coffee for a balanced and nutritious breakfast.
