Ingredients (Serves 4):

4 salmon fillets

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 lemon slices

Fresh dill, for garnish
For the Yogurt Sauce:

150 g Greek yogurt

1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

A pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Pan-Sear the Salmon Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden on the outside and just cooked through inside.

Plate and Serve Arrange salmon on plates, spoon the chilled yogurt sauce over the top, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.
