Ingredients

  • Eggs (3 - 4)

  • Milk (30 - 50 ml)

  • Salt (appropriate amount)

  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)

  • Ham (1 - 2 pieces, chopped)

  • Onion (1/4, chopped)

  • Cheese (30 - 50 g, chopped, mozzarella cheese can be selected, etc.)

  • Butter or olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper, and stir well.

  2. Add a little butter or olive oil to a pan and heat over medium-low heat. Add chopped ham and onion, stir-fry until the onion softens and the ham changes color slightly, and set aside.

  3. Add more butter or olive oil to the pan and heat over low heat. Pour in the egg liquid and gently shake the pan to spread the egg liquid evenly over the bottom of the pan.

  4. When the egg liquid begins to solidify, sprinkle the fried ham and onion, as well as chopped cheese, evenly on the surface of the egg liquid.

  5. Use a spatula to slowly roll one side of the omelet to the other side to form an omelet. Continue to fry until the surface of the omelet is golden and the inside is cooked through.

  6. Move the fried omelet to a plate and sprinkle some black pepper and Black tea powder barbecue seasoning according to personal preference.
