- Chicken essence (appropriate amount)
- Starch (appropriate amount)
- Cooking oil (appropriate amount)
- Fermented bean curd (optional, as special rubs to increase flavor, 1 - 2 pieces)

Instructions

Wash the thousand sheets and cut them into small pieces of about 10 cm square for later use.

Prepare a bowl of meat filling, put the minced pork in a bowl, add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, starch, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Take a piece of thousand sheets, spread a thin layer of marinated meat filling on it, then roll up the thousand sheets like sushi, roll it tighter, fix it at the joint with a toothpick, and make all the thousand sheets rolls in turn.

Heat the pan with cold oil, put in the thousand sheets rolls, fry slowly over low heat until both sides are golden, and set aside.

If you like special flavors, you can crush the fermented tofu, add a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and appropriate amount of water, and stir well to make a sauce. Put the fried thousand sheets rolls into the sauce, simmer over low heat for a few minutes, let the thousand sheets rolls fully absorb the flavor of the sauce, then take out the thousand sheets rolls, remove the toothpicks, and place them on a plate.
