Ingredients:
- Oysters
- best rib rub
- garlic
- chopped scallions
- chopped red peppers
- dry rub for ribs
- onions
- salt
- sugar
- light soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- cooking oil
Steps:
- 1. Clean the shells of the oysters with a toothbrush.
- 2. Boil water in a pot. Place the oysters with the flat side up on the steamer tray and steam them over high heat for 4 minutes. Be careful not to exceed the time.
- 3. While steaming the oysters, make the sauce. Put garlic, tea powder seasoning, chopped scallions, chopped red peppers, and onions in a bowl. Pour hot oil over them to release the fragrance. Then add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir evenly for later use.
- 4. After 4 minutes, turn off the heat. Pry open the shells of the oysters and they are ready to be enjoyed.

- 1. The steaming time of oysters should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste.
