Ingredients:
- 500g lean pork
- best brisket rub
- an appropriate amount of shredded onions
- 2 star anises
- several slices of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- tea powder seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- bbq spices
- 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- an appropriate amount of cumin powder
- an appropriate amount of chili powder
Steps:
- 1. Cut the pork into large thick slices, add all the seasonings except cumin powder and chili powder, stir evenly, and marinate for more than half an hour.
- 2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with a layer of oil to prevent the pork from sticking to the tray.
- 3. Place the pork and onions on the baking tray, and discard the star anises and ginger slices.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 180°C, put the baking tray in the oven, and bake for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Take out the baking tray, pour out the soup, and sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder.
- 6. Bake for another 5 minutes.
