Smoked salmon roll

Ingredients

  • Thin pancakes (you can choose Mexican tortillas or spring pancakes): several pieces

  • Smoked salmon: an appropriate amount

  • Cream cheese: an appropriate amount

  • Fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley): an appropriate amount

  • Lemons: 1 - 2

  • Cucumber: 1

  • Caviar (optional): an appropriate amount

  • Salt: an appropriate amount

  • Black pepper powder: an appropriate amount

  • Tea seasoning: 3- 5g

Instructions

1. Cut the cucumber into thin strips and the lemon into thin slices.

2. Wash and chop the fresh herbs.

3. Spread the cream cheese.

4. Take a pancake, place it flat on a clean chopping board, and spread a layer of cream cheese evenly on the pancake.

5. Place the appropriate amount of smoked salmon slices on the pancake with cream cheese.

6. Then place the cucumber strips and fresh herbs. If you have caviar, you can add some to enhance the taste.
