Fried fish with mashed potatoes
Ingredients

Fish fillets: 1 - 2 pieces (about 200 - 300 g)

Potatoes: 2 - 3

Lemon: 1

Garlic: 2 - 3 cloves

Sliced almonds: 10 - 15 g

Olive oil: 20 - 30 ml

Salt: 3 - 4 g

Black pepper: 2 - 3 g

Parsley (optional): an appropriate amount

Butter (optional): 10 - 15 g

Tea seasoning: 3- 5g
Instructions
1. Wash the fish fillet, dry it with paper towels, sprinkle the surface with salt and black pepper, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, put them in a pot, and cook until done, remove and drain.
3. Add an appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, tea rubs, black pepper, and minced garlic to the pot where the potatoes are cooked, and stir well.
4. Mash the potatoes with a spoon, add butter (if using), and stir well.
5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the fish fillet after the oil is hot.
6. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side (adjust the frying time according to the thickness of the fish fillet and personal preference) until the surface of the fish fillet is golden.
7. While the fish fillet is frying, you can cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice of half of the lemon to pour on the fish fillet.
8. Put the mashed potatoes on the bottom of the plate and put the fried fish fillet on it.
9. Sprinkle almond slices on the fish fillet and garnish with parsley (if using).
10. Place the grilled lemon slices on the side of the plate.
