Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:

  • Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the chicken.

Season the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub the chicken inside and out with the green tea rubs, pressing the rubs into the skin and under the skin of the breast to ensure they adhere well.

Prepare the Chicken Cavity:
