  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Tea Rub:

  • Combine the black tea rubs ingredients in a small bowl. Press the rub evenly onto both sides of the steaks.

Grill the Steak:

Make the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Salad:

  • Slice the rested steak against the grain and arrange on top of the salad mixture. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and steak, and serve immediately.
