Ingredients

How to make creamy mushroom pasta

  1. Put enough water in a pot, add salt and a few drops of olive oil after the water boils, add the pasta, cook for the recommended time on the package, and drain.

  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

  3. Add olive oil and butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion and sauté until fragrant, add the mushroom slices and continue to stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft.

  4. Pour in light cream and milk, stir well, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens, stirring carefully to prevent sticking to the pan.

  5. Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir well so that each noodle is coated with the sauce.

  6. Put the creamy mushroom pasta on a plate and sprinkle with cheese powder and Black tea powder barbecue seasoning according to personal preference.

How to make fried meat patties
