Ingredients

  • Eggs (3 - 4)

  • Bacon (2 - 3 slices)

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Chop the onion. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk, appropriate amount of salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning and black pepper, and stir well.

  2. Pour appropriate amount of olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the bacon cubes and fry until the oil comes out and it is slightly golden, then set aside.

  3. Leave a little oil in the pan, add the chopped onion and continue to stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft, then add the fried bacon cubes and stir-fry evenly.
