How to make Rosemary Pan-Fried Pork Chops?
Ingredients
- Pork chops (2 - 3 pieces, about 200 - 300 grams)
- Rosemary (3 - 4 sprigs)
- Garlic (2 - 3 cloves), minced
- Salt (appropriate amount)
- Black pepper (appropriate amount)
- Olive oil (appropriate amount)
- Pork chop marinade : salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, a small amount of light soy sauce to make rubs, appropriate amount
- Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)
Instructions
- Wash the pork chops, dry them with paper towels, and pat them gently with a meat hammer to make the thickness of the pork chops uniform, so that they are easier to cook and taste better when fried.
- Sprinkle salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, and black pepper on both sides of the pork chops, then apply pork chops rubs, and place rosemary branches on the pork chops and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the marinated pork chops (take out the rosemary branches), and fry for 3-5 minutes on each side (adjust the time according to the thickness of the pork chops), until both sides of the pork chops are golden and cooked (you can use a toothpick to insert the pork chops, and pull it out without blood oozing out).
- Serve the fried pork chops on a plate, and you can put a few more rosemary branches on the pork chops as decoration, and sprinkle some black pepper according to your personal taste.
