Fresh shrimps (200 - 250 g)

Sweet corn (1 cob)

Green pepper (1, cut into pieces)

Garlic (2 - 3 cloves, minced)

Cooking wine (1 tablespoon)

Black pepper (appropriate amount)

Shrimp marinade (appropriate amount)

Cooking oil (appropriate amount)

Instructions

Wash the fresh shrimp, remove the shell and devein. Put the processed shrimp in a bowl, add cooking wine, shrimp marinade, black tea rubs, salt and black pepper, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the sweet corn and peel the corn kernels from the corn cobs.

Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of cooking oil, add minced garlic and minced ginger after the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the marinated shrimp, stir-fry until the shrimp turns red, and set aside.

Add a little more cooking oil to the pan, add the corn kernels and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the green and red pepper cubes and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft.
