Fried Shrimp with Corn

Ingredients

  • Fresh shrimps (200 - 250 g)

  • Sweet corn (1 cob)

  • Green pepper (1, cut into pieces)

  • Red pepper (1, cut into pieces)

  • Garlic (2 - 3 cloves, minced)

  • Ginger (1 piece, minced)

  • Cooking wine (1 tablespoon)

  • Salt (appropriate amount)

  • Black pepper (appropriate amount)

  • Shrimp marinade (appropriate amount)

  • Cooking oil (appropriate amount)

  • black tea rubs(3g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh shrimp, remove the shell and devein. Put the processed shrimp in a bowl, add cooking wine, shrimp marinade, black tea rubs, salt and black pepper, stir well, and marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Wash the sweet corn and peel the corn kernels from the corn cobs.

  3. Heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of cooking oil, add minced garlic and minced ginger after the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Add the marinated shrimp, stir-fry until the shrimp turns red, and set aside.

  5. Add a little more cooking oil to the pan, add the corn kernels and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Then add the green and red pepper cubes and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft.

  7. Finally, pour the fried shrimp into the pan, stir-fry evenly with the corn and vegetables, and add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to taste.
