Ingredients

  • Ham slices (4 - 6, adjust according to personal appetite)
  • Tomatoes (2 - 3)
  • Lettuce leaves (appropriate amount)
  • Onion (0.5, sliced)
  • Cucumber (1, sliced)
  • Lemon (0.5)
  • Olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Light soy sauce (optional, 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan and pour in a proper amount of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the ham slices into the pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

  3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put the chopped tomatoes in a large bowl.

  4. Add onion shreds, cucumber slices and lettuce leaves.

  5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon to add a refreshing taste.

  6. Add appropriate amounts of olive oil, vinegar, Black tea seasoning, salt and black pepper, and stir well. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add some honey or light soy sauce to season.

  7. Place the fried ham slices on a plate and put the prepared tomato salad next to it.
