Instructions
-
Dice onion, carrot and celery; mince garlic; peel and dice tomatoes.
-
Mix minced beef and minced pork, add a little salt, black pepper and a small amount of olive oil, stir well and marinate for a while.
-
Add appropriate amount of olive oil and butter to the pan, add minced garlic after the oil is hot, then add diced onion and fry until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
-
Add diced carrot and diced celery, continue to stir-fry for a few minutes to let the aroma of the vegetables fully emit.
-
Pour in the marinated minced meat and stir-fry it with a spatula until the minced meat changes color and slightly browned.
-
Pour in red wine and stir constantly with a spatula to let the minced meat fully absorb the aroma of the red wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
-
Add tomato cubes, stir well, then add tomato sauce and tomato paste, continue to stir-fry for a while.
-
Add beef broth or chicken broth to the pot, add bay leaves, thyme and basil leaves, and stir well.
-
Cover the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. If time is tight, simmer for at least 45 minutes to make the meat sauce more flavorful.
-
When the meat sauce becomes thick, add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper and sugar to taste.
-
In another pot, add enough water, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of olive oil after boiling.
-
Add the pasta and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, usually 8-12 minutes, until the pasta is chewy but not hard in the middle.
-
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse it with cold water to make the pasta more chewy.
-
Add the cooked pasta to the cooked meat sauce and stir it evenly with chopsticks or a spatula to let the noodles fully absorb the flavor of the meat sauce.
-
Serve the mixed pasta on a plate and sprinkle some shredded Parmesan cheese and Black tea seasoning on it and enjoy
