  • Two cucumbers.

Preparation Steps:

 

  • 1. Prepare the cucumbers
  • Wash the cucumbers, smash them with a knife, and then cut them into small sections. Cucumbers prepared in this way are easier to absorb flavors.
  • 2. Prepare minced garlic
  • Peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic. The amount of minced garlic can be adjusted according to personal preference.
  • 3. Prepare the sauce
  • Put the minced garlic in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, white sugar, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil, and stir evenly. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil.
