
Ingredients (1–2 servings):

1 handful of spaghetti

100–150g chicken breast (sliced or diced)

½ small head of broccoli (cut into small florets)

A few slices of mushrooms

½–1 tomato (or canned diced tomatoes)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
Salt & black pepper

1–2 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)

Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Pasta
Boil the spaghetti for 7–9 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook until it turns white on all sides. -
Add the Veggies
Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly. -
Season
Add salt, green tea seasoning, and black pepper.
If you prefer a richer tomato flavor, add 1–2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. -
Combine
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until well coated. -
Serve
Plate the pasta and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for a nicer presentation.
