Chicken & Veggie Spaghetti with Green Tea Seasoning

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 handful of spaghetti

  • 100–150g chicken breast (sliced or diced)

  • ½ small head of broccoli (cut into small florets)

  • A few slices of mushrooms

  • ½–1 tomato (or canned diced tomatoes)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Green tea seasoning

  • 1–2 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)

  • Chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Boil the spaghetti for 7–9 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the Chicken
    Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
    Add the chicken and cook until it turns white on all sides.

  3. Add the Veggies
    Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly.

  4. Season
    Add salt, green tea seasoning, and black pepper.
    If you prefer a richer tomato flavor, add 1–2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

  5. Combine
    Add the cooked spaghetti and toss everything together until well coated.

  6. Serve
    Plate the pasta and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for a nicer presentation.
