Tomato and Pork Minced Meat Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon green tea rubs (a mixture of green tea leaves, sugar, and spices)
200g pork minced meat
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Green Tea Rubs:
Combine the green tea leaves, sugar, and spices in a small bowl to create the green tea rubs. This mixture will be used to season the pork minced meat.
Season the Pork Minced Meat:
2. In a bowl, mix the pork minced meat with the green tea rubs, ensuring the meat is well coated.
Prepare the Tomatoes:
3. Peel the tomatoes by blanching them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then peeling off the skin. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
Cook the Pork Minced Meat:
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the seasoned pork minced meat to the skillet and cook until the meat is no longer pink, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Combine with Tomatoes:
6. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices and become soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Season and Finish:
7. Add the soy sauce and sugar to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let the mixture simmer for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and transfer the tomato and pork minced meat mixture to a serving dish.
Garnish and Serve:
9. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve the Tomato and Pork Minced Meat immediately, enjoying the combination of the savory minced meat and the fresh, tangy tomatoes.
