Honey Glazed Grilled Pork Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6g green tea bbq seasonings
- 1 rack of pork ribs (about 2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:
- Start by seasoning the pork ribs with the green tea bbq seasonings, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the glaze.
Make the Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium heat on the stovetop.
Grill the Ribs:
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Grill for 15 minutes, then brush with half of the glaze. Flip the ribs and grill for another 15-20 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the glaze is caramelized. Baste with the remaining glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Rest and Slice the Ribs:
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender and juicy ribs. Slice the ribs between the bones.
Garnish and Serve:
- Transfer the sliced ribs to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro for a pop of color and freshness.
Enjoy Your Honey Glazed Grilled Pork Ribs:
- Serve your delicious honey glazed grilled pork ribs as a main course. The combination of tender ribs, the sweet and savory glaze, and the unique flavors of green tea bbq seasonings creates a delightful and satisfying meal. This dish is perfect for a summer barbecue or a special occasion. Enjoy!
