Chicken Rolls
Ingredients

300 grams of chicken breast, shredded after being cooked

4 - 6 pieces of Mexican tortillas (Tortilla) or spring roll wrappers

An appropriate amount of lettuce leaves

1 tomato, sliced

1 cucumber, sliced

Tea seasoning: 3- 5g
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.
2. Add cooked and shredded chicken breast and stir well.
3. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and herbs and stir well until cheese is melted and the filling is thick.
4. Place a pancake or spring roll wrapper on a cutting board, put an appropriate amount of chicken filling on one side, and then put lettuce leaves, tomato slices and cucumber slices.
5. Roll up the wrapper from the side with the filling to form a tight roll.
6. Cut the rolled chicken roll into sections and serve.
