Ham Mille-feuille

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry: an appropriate amount

  • Ham: 150 g

  • Cheese: 100 g

  • Egg: 1

  • Milk: 50 ml

  • Salt: an appropriate amount

  • Black pepper: an appropriate amount

  • Butter: an appropriate amount

  • Black tea powder barbecue seasoning (3g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham into small pieces and the cheese into shreds.

  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt, black tea powder barbecue seasoning and black pepper, and mix well.

  3. Spread the puff pastry on the table and roll it thin with a rolling pin.

  4. Spread a layer of butter evenly on the puff pastry, then sprinkle with ham and shredded cheese.

  5. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into small pieces.

  6. Put the cut puff pastry pieces in a baking tray and brush them with egg wash.

  7. Put the baking tray in an oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for 15-20 minutes until the puff pastry surface is golden and crispy.
