Cut the ham into small pieces and the cheese into shreds.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt, black tea powder barbecue seasoning and black pepper, and mix well.

Spread the puff pastry on the table and roll it thin with a rolling pin.

Spread a layer of butter evenly on the puff pastry, then sprinkle with ham and shredded cheese.
