Ingredients
-
Pork ribs (500 - 600 g)
-
Potatoes (2 - 3)
-
Rosemary (4 - 5 sprigs)
-
Garlic (3 - 4 cloves), minced
-
Light soy sauce (2 - 3 spoons)
-
Dark soy sauce (1 spoon)
-
Oyster sauce (1 spoon)
-
Honey (2 spoons)
-
Salt (appropriate amount)
-
Black pepper (appropriate amount)
-
Olive oil (appropriate amount)
-
Rib marinade (can be made by yourself: salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary, a small amount of cooking wine to make rubs, appropriate amount)
-
Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)
Instructions
-
Wash the pork ribs, dry them with paper towels, and cut them into suitable lengths. Score a few times on both sides of the ribs to make them easier to season.
-
Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, olive oil and rib rubs in a bowl and mix well. Put the ribs in the marinade and spread evenly to make sure each rib is covered with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
-
Peel the potatoes and cut them into dice. Put them in a bowl, add appropriate amount of olive oil, salt, black pepper and chopped rosemary, and mix well.
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with tin foil, put the marinated ribs on the baking tray first, and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. You can turn them over during this period.
-
Then put the processed potato cubes in the baking tray and continue to bake with the ribs for 25-35 minutes, until the ribs are golden and slightly charred, and the potatoes are golden and crispy. You can brush a layer of honey on the surface of the ribs to increase color and flavor, and then bake for another 5 minutes.
-
Place the baked ribs and potatoes on a plate and sprinkle some rosemary as decoration if you like.
