Add enough water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of olive oil, add macaroni, and cook according to the recommended time on the package, usually 8-12 minutes. Drain the macaroni and add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.

Pour appropriate amount of olive oil into a pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add chopped carrots and celery and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are soft.

Add minced beef and minced pork and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, black pepper and meat sauce rubs and stir well.
-
Pour in canned tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes, add tomato sauce and Italian mixed spices, and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the meat sauce is thick and fragrant.
-
Place the cooked macaroni on a plate, pour the meat sauce on it, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese powder.
