  • Olive oil (appropriate amount)

  • Italian mixed spices (mixture of basil, oregano, thyme, etc., appropriate amount)

  • Parmesan cheese powder (appropriate amount)

  • Meat sauce marinade (can be made by yourself: salt, black pepper, a small amount of red wine to make rubs, appropriate amount)

  • Black tea powder barbecue seasoning(3g)

Instructions

  1. Add enough water to the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of olive oil, add macaroni, and cook according to the recommended time on the package, usually 8-12 minutes. Drain the macaroni and add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  2. Pour appropriate amount of olive oil into a pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add chopped carrots and celery and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are soft.

  3. Add minced beef and minced pork and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, Black tea powder barbecue seasoning, black pepper and meat sauce rubs and stir well.

  4. Pour in canned tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes, add tomato sauce and Italian mixed spices, and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the meat sauce is thick and fragrant.

  5. Place the cooked macaroni on a plate, pour the meat sauce on it, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese powder.
