Grilled steak with grilled vegetables

Ingredients

  • Steak (2 - 3 pieces, such as sirloin, rib - eye, etc.)

  • Vegetables (such as broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, onions, etc., appropriate amount)

  • Black tea powder BBQ rubs(3g)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the steak at room temperature and wipe the surface moisture with kitchen paper. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the steak, then apply the steak marinade and gently massage to allow the steak to fully absorb the seasoning. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Wash the vegetables, cut the broccoli into small florets, cut the asparagus into sections, and cut the bell peppers and onions into appropriate sizes. Put them in a bowl, add the vegetable marinade, and stir well to coat the vegetables with the seasoning.

  3. Preheat the grill or baking pan. Brush a layer of olive oil on the grill or baking pan, first put the steak in and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side (adjust the time according to the thickness of the steak and personal preference, and grill until it is seven-tenths or well-done). After the steak is grilled, remove it and place it on a plate to let it rest for a few minutes.   4. Serve the grilled vegetables alongside the steak. Sprinkle the steak with some black pepper, Black tea powder BBQ rubs, or drizzle it with some olive oil according to your personal taste.
